Michael Bird has been a Chiropractor in Narrabeen since 2002, prior to that Michael practised in Launceston & Melbourne. Michael is passionate about helping people and uses a diverse range of Chiropractic techniques to assist his patients in their quest for better health and mobility.
Michael's aim is to make your visit a pleasant and rewarding experience in a friendly and relaxed environment. He continually strives to provide the highest level of quality chiropractic care, guiding his patients beyond symptomatic relief towards a healthier and better quality of life.
Michael has found that patients achieve the best results from their care in the shortest possible time when they have a good understanding of how chiropractic care works and when there is agreement and cooperation between chiropractor and patient.

Dr Karelien Vermaak completed her Bachelor’s Degree of Chiropractic in South Africa and continued her Chiropractic studies at RMIT Melbourne to graduate as a Doctor of Chiropractic.
With over ten years experience, Karelien is a dedicated, passionate chiropractor who cares about the well-being and holistic care of her patients. Karelien has a great passion for adjusting people from all walks of life with a special interest in family Chiropractic.
She enjoys the diversity of techniques in Chiropractic and use the appropriate technique to achieve the best result for her clients. The treatment can include very gentle adjusting tools like the activator or blocks to more manual adjustments by hand or the drop piece.
Low level laser therapy (LLLT) has been a great adjunct to the list of modalities she has to offer. LLLT can be used as an alternative to manual adjustments. Karelien strives to inspire people to be healthy and to better their quality of life.
Karina completed her Bachelor and Masters of Chiropractic degrees at Macquarie University.
She had the opportunity to teach 2nd year chiropractic students in skills classes and work with the University's AFL team, which she absolutely loved.
Karina is a firm believer in staying up to date with the latest evidence in chiropractic research and uses a wide range of chiropractic and soft tissue techniques to identify weaknesses and formulate strategies to ensure patients reach their full potential.
Karina enjoys working closely with her patients, helping them to understand how chiropractic can work for them and how to maintain their results long term through exercises, lifestyle advice and working together as a team.
Adv. Dip Nutritional Medicine (Clinical Nutritionist)
Aimee is a qualified clinical nutritionist who provides nutritional advice to support and inspire the whole family. She loves helping her clients achieve optimum health by creating nutrition plans that utilise nutrients, supplementation and lifestyle adjustments.
Aimee takes a holistic approach to health and treats the whole body and will treat the underlying cause rather than just treat the symptoms. Her mission is to empower people with the knowledge and tools to make healthier food choices and establish healthy eating patterns.
